REPORT OF THE THIRD STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING - 2011
The Third Meeting of the Regional Steering Committee was convened on Rarotonga in the Cook Islands from 25th-30th July 2011. The meeting was officially opened by the Minister for Infrastructure and Planning, the Honorable Mr. Teariki Heather, and benefited greatly from the participation of Dr. Alfred Duda, the GEF Secretariat's Senior Advisor on International Waters.
